Zante is connected to mainland Greece, from the port of Killlini, on the Northwestern coast of Peloponnese (70 km from Patras). There is at least 4 connections per day, reaching a top of 7 scheduled trips per day, during peak summer period. The trip lasts approximately 1 hour.

By Bus

There is a number of scheduled buses from Athens, Patras and Thessaloniki to the port of Kyllini, on a daily basis.

Connection with Cephalonia

Zante is connected to the port of Pesanta on the island of Cephalonia, from the port of Agios Nikolaos. During summer, a large number of ships depart to Cephalonia and the trip lasts approximately 1 hour.

You can grab a taxi from the outside of the port or airport and ask the driver to take you the Matilda Hotel. Cost is around €30 per journey.
